We are delighted to announce that VTEL is back in the Europe, Middle East , India and Africa (EMEIA) region and with a new partner to help you get the best from the VTEL product range.

VTEL Products Corporation have appointed Intermedia to represent them in the region and to provide sales support services to their channel partners. The Intermedia sales team is highly experienced with VTEL and the video communications business in general and, if you have been working with VTEL for some time, you will probably recognise some of the names below.

Your in-time-zone sales desk is already back and standing-by to help you win business with the new VTEL Vista; a strong price/performance product line which already boasts a portable (set-top) model, the Vista MX and the top-of-the-range, full-featured Vista PRO. Soon to be added is the Vista VX, a neat, rack-mounted unit perfect for room integration and codec farm applications.

• provide the in-time-zone sales support desk to answer all your questions about VTEL and its products

• keep you updated on new product developments through email alerts and road map briefings

• receive, process and manage your VTEL purchase orders

• advise on order status and shipping progress

• manage pricing and discount issues in the region

• liaise with VTEL to help you provide a global, one-stop offering to multinational clients

• act as a distributor. Your orders will still be made out to VTEL and they will ship from the US as usual.
